I’m competing in the Health Challenge and we were suppose to list something to accomplish and my main challenge is water. I lugged this thing home and couldn’t believe I needed 4 more!
I finally got my kit and posted on the app that I had filled out my entry form and would be starting the next day. Everyone is so nice and supportive. I’m in Quarter 4 but a new one will start December 1st!
Day 1 September 9th

The drinks are overly sweet to me so it was easy to get through my water! I like just putting the supplements in the water bottle so I decided to make the bottle we received for free into a car decoration
I decided my workout strategy. I get 4 days of rest a week. Sunday I’m suppose to get my weighted hula hoop so Monday and Wednesday. Then on Thursday I can do Strength with the resistance bands. I already realize this might not work out that way though.
Food? Ate popcorn. There goes my calories! “Healthy meal” I’m not that into.

A discussion on Supplements. The rules say:
1-2 Momentum: I should take the full two because of my addiction to Diet Coke and Coffee but will only have 30 days left over or 29 because of October. Maybe I will take 2 in my last month so I can gauge it. Each canister is 40 servings.
2 Immuni-Lyte: but each canister only has 30 servings and that would mean I’d have to purchase 3 more cans. I will continue to take the one serving even though I will always wonder. These are the vitamins.
1Immuni-ZZZs: I take 2 because they gave me two and I need sleep so badly. I would only need one and a half bottles for the challenge instead of three.

Amazon delivered my weighted Hula Hoop on a Sunday for tomorrow!

EXERCISE Day 1
I was able to take out one link immediately but I put the hoop low on my waist and got quite a thigh workout doing so. First day was a 10 minute plus 5 minute workout split. I still owe 5 minutes this week. I am not doing form yet. I still want fun!

I changed my picture in the app but fell asleep before I could report. I lost my Days there and now have to make sure to count days myself. Satan is teasing that I look like Progressive’s Flo (it’s the headband and liner) but I received it as a gift from Tori Belle Cosmetics as swag. I’m wearing P3, Ultra Liner and 9-5 lashes.
Day 7 15th

No that’s not a mistake. I took 2 Immuni-zzzs to catch up with Tuesday missing them and again when I went to bed. They were minimum 14 hours apart.

I have to have 40 minutes total in a week and have 13 minutes more plus Strength to do.

I have a 5 day streak - missed day - and 1 day on the app. Fun with Health and Beauty group noticed my new picture and Spotlighted me so that was fun!
