Week 2 Sept 90 day challenge


Day 8 16th

Momentum, Immuni-Lyte and Immuni-zzzs

Have 1 more Immuni-zzzs to catch up but I thought I’d skip a day to make it easier time wise. My body handled it better than I thought yesterday.

Rest Day 1

There’s not enough time in the day! Still have last week before this weeks’ exercise 13 minutes plus 40 I figure can be done with two strength days since it’s 3/7 days a week we have to do per week. Some of them are doing exercise daily!

Ate chips

And I have lasagna to make! Purchased my last water for the month and trying not to trip over 24 packs (only one has been finished) 



Day 9 17th

Momentum, Immuni-Lyte and Immuni-zzzs

Minus a half a bottle… so 8oz?

Rest Day 2

Ate chips. Popcorn.

And I have lasagna to make! Still! (Couldn’t stand it in the privacy of my own home so went to the movies again) I made marinara though. And I remembered to report in the app.



Day 10 18th

Immuni-zzzs, Momentum, Immuni-Lyte and Immuni-zzzs

All caught up now!

Rest Day 3

Ate 2 bananas with peanut butter. 3 Party Pizzas.


Day 11 19th

Momentum, Immuni-Lyte and Immuni-zzzs

EXERCISE Day 1

I could only do 7 minutes. I am in too much pain.

Ate 2 boxes Raisinets, Cheese and Chips Nachos. M&Ms



Day 12 20th

Rest Day 4

Ate 1 Party Pizza. Chips.



Day 13 21st

Rest Day Extra

I’m not doing good but I got groceries done and put my yard work from a few weeks ago to the curb (I had forgotten)

Ate 1 banana. Chips. 3 rolls of Ritz crackers. 



Day 14 22nd

Rest Day Extra 2

Second Week Conclusion: I don’t know if this will occur in the second, third month or not at all but I have the equipment needed with bands and hula hoop.

Ate 1 roll of Ritz crackers. 4 Hotdogs 

Second Week Conclusion: My food supply goes to waste. I’m surviving. Everything is being forced against my will so I can’t actually do what I want to do!
