Once upon a time

It was For Sale in 2015 and white with blue trim and red doors

My scribbles were because I talked to the owner at the time and asked him if it was a rental or single family house.

He told me it was divided into a rental right now but remove one wall and it was a single family. I took the flyer and told him I would call my banks and get back to him.

The plan was I wanted to combine loans into one and rent it out until 2020.

I think this is the fourth owner since then.
