Week 6 Oct 90 Day Challenge


At this point in the app everyone doing weight loss and the fitness challenge look like this.

I’m in Health and Wellness. I had four goals and have met half of them. I have to still incorporate SLEEP and EXERCISE. I’m discouraged with those two. But I have 54 days. 

I am almost positive you’re all complaining about what I eat? SHUT UP AMERICANS 


Day 36 Oct 14th

Ate Saltines. Half a bag Wavy Lays and Onion Dip


Day 37 Oct 15th

Day 38 Oct 16th

On my 2nd can of both!

Day 39 Oct 17th

Ate Half a bag of Wavy Chips. 2 Personal size Pizzas with Sauce, Parmesan/Romano, Pepperoni and Olives, Monterey Jack. 


Day 40 Oct 18th

Ate 2 bananas with peanut butter. 4 bread pizzas with Sauce, Parmesan/Romano, Pepperoni and Olives, Monterey Jack. 


Day 41 Oct 19th

Rest Day Extra 2

Ate 1 pizza with Sauce, Parmesan/Romano, Pepperoni and Olives, Monterey Jack. 1 bag of Wavy chips.
