Day 22 Sept 30th

Immuni-zzzs, Momentum, Immuni-Lyte and Immuni-zzzs

All caught up again on Immuni-zzzs

Rest Day 1

Ate .5 bag of BBQ Chips. 4 Chimichangas with Taco Sauce. 2 boxes Raisinets.



Day 23 Oct 1st

Momentum, Immuni-Lyte 

Immuni-zzzs I’ve decided to take as needed. Sometimes I’m that tired all ready - I keep missing them! Maybe it was the double dose yesterday and it’s not out of my system.

Rest Day 2

But I raked the spot under my garbage cans before I put them back. Fall clean up has begun!

Ate 1 Chocolate bar with crisps! (Boys and Girls Club donation bar) 1 bag of BBQ Chips. 4 Chimichangas with Taco Sauce. 

App Report in day! I caught them up with what happened. Prayers for my family about mom.

My weight was back to where I started.

Ate crumbs of BBQ Chips. 1 saltine cracker bag. Half a loaf of Artesano Bread with Spinach Dip

Ate Spinach Dip and a quarter of a loaf of bread. Half a bag BBQ chips


Day 28 Oct 6th

Momentum, Immuni-Lyte 

67.6 oz of water <— This is my only goal

Rest Day Extra 3

Ate 2 bananas with peanut butter. Half a bag of BBQ potato chips. Spinach Dip and a quarter of a loaf of bread. Popcorn for dinner.

Conclusion: I’m one third done.
